Re: Is your grow Legal?

It's not too hard to do things pretty stealthily these days, fans carbon filters sound proofing etc... my mates grows at his parents house and they don't suspect a thing, just requires a bit of thought and organisation. 600 pretty big IMO for an own grow, you get plenty off a 400, easier to conceal. Go hard I say

That doesn't detract from his words or mine.
Quote me where i've spoken against 'state rights'. I haven't. I'm fully aware of the fact that some states are more enlightened than others. Just because it 'is', doesn't make it 'right'.
I support the rights of the people, plain and simple.

EDIT: I'm really not trying to argue here. I just disagreed with the initial post practically begging to pay taxes on MMJ

In most democratic countries, the gov fears that word and all it implies. In America, we're mostly just afraid to say it

Oh......
Because i interpret "States' Rights" as -Those rights within a given state not provided for nor excluded by the United States Constitution. And Intrastate (yeah, i caught it this time) commerce as - The buying and selling or otherwise exchanging of commodities on a large scale within that state.

The only common denominator being the concept of a territory with statehood status in the equation.

Some one please set me straight on this, as apparently i've got the two confused

Re: Is your grow Legal?

you just like to argue eh?

I'll make it simple. Try to close your mouth while you read this, the druel falling off out of it could be distracting.

While you can argue it is an inaliable right you can ALSO argue that since all state marijuana legislation includes only that manufactured and distributed within that state. Since there is no interstate commerce the feds have no role. I'm not disagreeing with you dude. I'm just pointing out ANOTHER reason for the feds to get out of the game. You don't need to leave your state, you just need the feds to let your state decide for themselves as is their constitutional right.
I also don't think it is unconstitutional to outlaw marijuana. It's a democracy and getting stoned is not a protected inaliable right defined by the constitution. Should the majority decide they don't want it, that's the law. You can't pile up garbage in your front yard either. Nothing constitutional about it. Just the will of the people.
That's why I point out the states rights side of the argument. Should the people in your state decide marijuana is ok the feds have no authority to say otherwise.

But you keep getting all mad and barking at people on your side, I'm sure that will work.

Agreed

Interesting reading for anyone currently interested in legalization ---> War breaks out within the marijuana legalization movement (part 1)
