Is there anything wrong with these?

I have 2 three day old seedlings(1.5 inches each) under a 60W CFL. Can anyone tell me if I'm doing anything right? They are within miracle grow and am wondering what i could do to maximize my grow...?



THe remaining are my 4 seedlings under a 120 watt grow light that were all put into soil 7 days ago, 2 are growing what appears to be well(4 inches), other than the obvious fact that their stems are not thick enough. What is wrong with them? My other two are very very small(1 inch or less), any ideas of what could help?

I understand my grow room is not the best, but on my budget it has to get me by, i am willing to buy a large T5 fluro light system, is this good? If i had this how many babies would i be able to put within? Any ideas are welcome here, i need help!
