I'm new to hydroponics and all, and i just built this nifty lil system. I got a video for you guys imma b leaving the link now, im opened to all ur thoughts/opinions.

yeah man , that will definitly work. looks lagit as hell. you must have put some time into those bad boys. i like the audio in teh background, but can barely hear it over your pump. what kind of pump do you have in their anyways. BUt seriuosly, +rep for buildilng that without hydro expirience.

Which pump the air or water? Well how i got the idea was watching just mainly many video's and taking lil designs of the video and taking it and building this system, it was quite fun, especially when ur on some good Motavation.

Any other thoughts or info anyone?

Looks good, props on the creativity! No real suggestions, just make sure to monitor your Ph. And you might want to play with the volume of water that is circulating down from the top. You want things to stay wet obviously, but make sure the roots have a little room to "breathe" so to speak.

i like the 'how to grow weed' guide in the background, watched that manyier times

as for the hydro setup im not a expert but i know about it as im investing post harvest and it looks good man, make sure your ph is lower than it would be in soil so around 5.5 5.7 or something is ok. and make sure with your pebbles that they arent packed so tightly that roots find it harder to streth around them. thats all really looks good to me, start germing my friendd

Thanks everyone, yea i'm just waiting for my clones from a friend, once i get them i'll b sure to re fill the res with fresh water , set the ph level where it oughta be and flip the switch on the power strip!

Quick question, once i recieve my clones do i just plant em in the middle of the hydroton or get a cube and set the clone in there and semi digg them into the hydroton?

I'm currently running my hydro system to flush out all the excess material of the hydroton, i change waters every 2 days, im doing this so when i recieve my clones i'll be ready to go.

And yes i did rinse the hydroton in the sink first, but i still found some material on the bottom of the res.

Are you recirulating the "soup"?

If so, what temperature are you running it at?

You may want to use a chiller.

yea im re circulating the "soup" as of temperature no idea, same temp it came out the hose i guess?

did you line the walls with foil?
if so i would consider taking it down
and going with mylar or flat white paint
