first grow check me out

lighting - 4 4' long 2 bulb (40 watt 3000k) fluorescent tubes, 2 225 led (14 watt each?)panels, 1 150watt hps, 1 70 watt hps, 6 100 watt spiral 27000k cfl's (2 at the base of each plant). as of last night i switched the lights to 12/12 with a timer. before then i was 24/0.

grow space - closet that measures 2' deep by 5.5' long by 8' tall, covered with aluminum foil on the walls and doors for better light reflection and dissipation

medium - plant 1 is miracle grow with some perlite, plant 2 is miracle grow with organic humus and perlite, plant 3 is just the humus with some perlite. each of the three is in a 12'' plastic planter pot.

water/feeding - i usually water 1 time per day with about a gallon and a half of water for all three plants. i was feeding with miracle grow 24 - 8 - 16, but noticed i was overfeeding and burned a few leaves on the bottom of the plants so i stopped feeding altogether. the plants are gravity fed with a container of water about 6 feet up on a shelf and hose ran down to the plants with 1/8 a gallon per hour of drip. (takes about 2 hours to empty all the water.)

life and type - the seeds just came from a bag of crappy stuff and i didnt think the plants would take off but out 0f 12 germinated 3 grew. from sprout (39 days ago) the plants are now about 3' tall. (well the tallest one is) the other two are about 28''. the two shorter ones are signifigantly bushier than their taller sister which is pretty tall and thin.

so now that you all know about whats going on my questions are is this growth normal? it seems that everywhere i look on here people are at 30 days and their plants are only 8" tall? whats up with that? does that mean mine are kicking ass? if i switched to flowering hours last night (8pm) when should i expect to harvest? ive done plenty of research and try to refrain from asking to many questions but now im just curious.

could i have switched to flowering sooner? should i have waited longer? does this sound like enough light? to much light? to much water? not enough water? should i maybe use some superbloom or just stick with natural to avoid bad flavors? i think next grow after this one im going to buy some 3w blue led's and use those in conjunction with all the other lights. should i turn off the two hps during veg stage from now on or leave them on? the cfl's should provide enough light right? its pretty dam bright in there with over
1100 watts and only drawing over 5 amps.... anyone with questions or advice im always looking to improve my shit so all advice or criticism's are totally cool! i dont have any pics of the room or plants up yet cause im on a dial up connection and it would take forever to load them so the first chance i get with a high speed connection ill have some pics of the girls up!!
