My first grow. PC Case

I just got a feminised EasyRyder seed and a feminised LowRyder 2 seed. So i put them in moist paper towels and im waiting for a shoot. When the shoot is 1" do i just put it tip down in the soil and then wait for it to grow? Also, how big should i wait for the plant to grow before i start the 20/4 light cycle?

Root down covered by a good sprinkle of soil. Light cycle as soon as its planted.

Germinate in the dark.

Ok thanks. Im germinating the seeds in a light tight tobacco tin with moist paper towels inside lol.

Yeah sounds good. Allow air in tho it shouldn't be airtight.
