Assuming you are going the spiral route, it looks good

A larger pot is usually used though. Allows room to make the spiral.

thanks LBH. ya i figured that a bigger pot would make it easier but im gona try and make it work with the room i got. should i just re-tie it down every few nodes or whats the best way to do it since im not doing the 4-way lst like you show.

Yes, every few nodes or so. With the room you have, you'll have to make a pretty tight turn so I would manipulate it a little bit each day, even if it just means moving the spikes a hair at a time.

Looks good, that's about the same age I started mine. Just to give you an idea of how much room it takes up, here is a pic of mine. It is just bent over to the edge of the pot and counterclockwise a few inches. 24 days from sprout. The red circle is the top of the plant.
