Hello,
I am going to start flowering this weekend flush my system and put new nutrients. I need to know what is the best distance to keep between my 250 watt hps and my plants. I am veging with a 125 watt fluor and the guys at the local hydro shop told me to keep that about 3 inches above my lil girls, however I am unsure about the hps and do not want to burn them.

about 8-10" depending on what temps you got.........Peace out........Sid

u can also check if u put your hand on the top of the plant, and if the light feels hot, then it will burn the top leaves.......
