Lookin good man, I just started 12/12 today and she is booming back and gettn bushy. Cant wait till she is finished.

Okay here are some updates of this strange growth, check it out!

1st pic: overall shot, still a shorty plant.
2nd: shows the new top growth which is growing is as normal 2 way growth
3rd: shows the strange siamese leaf sets from underneath (see that tiny leaf in the middle just above the floss, it is the shared 3rd leaf for both of those leaf sets, weird)
4th: the triploid growth coming out of the 2nd node
5th another overall shot of the plant so you can see where the triploid growth is coming from.

i had a autoflowering strain going that had 3 leafs instead of 2, it started really slow, i was dissapointed at first thinking it was a sick plant. it actually caught up to the other plants and yielded almost twice as much as the normal plants of the same strain

Check it out the first pistils showed up today, so I'm working with a GIRL, or hermie at least!

I do not believe this is i triploid. I have had this happen several times. Apparently Blueberry tends to generate this mutation. It is a plant that has a mutation that will grow whorled phylotaxy (instead of opposite then alternate during flowering). These plants tend to grow really bushy and short. As far as I know, this is not very beneficial other then looking different.

If it were a triploid, then pollenation would yield mostly sterile seeds. If you want to generate a triploid or tetraploid Cannabis plant, generate a water suspension of Autumn Crocus. Take this water suspension and germinate your seeds in it. I do not know what sort of concentrations to use. That is for you to figure out. I am not interested in polyploidy at the moment. Cannabis is plenty diverse without utilizing this technique and polyploids tend to have reduced fertility or are sterile.
