Good stuff, Keep updating!

How much does that unit cost? and where can it be bought? I visited the companies website but the information is not there.

Re: LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test

Really beautiful plants you got there, I love the way they veg under LEDs! Can't wait to see the results of all these new model LED grows! You are taking the grow through all the way to flower, right? All these new LEDs coming out... makes me hopeful that the breakthough we've all been waiting for may already be here or just around the corner.

Re: LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test

hell yeah im gonna flower with it. the new ES unit will be priced the same as the standard 250w model, $1600-$1700. for customers that already own the standard, they will be offering an upgrade package for around $400-$500. you can find the current LumiGrow model at INDOOR AG.

the ES was just unveiled at the expo in SF on July 25th. i got my unit about 3 weeks before it was ever unveiled. so you can see why i am excited to start up this test. besides a couple of universities, i am the first customer to have an upgraded unit. if you are a little more curious about the LumiGrow unit, then check out my thread, which also includes a trip report to the LumiGrow facility with pics. also be sure to check out my Building The Room thread, and see how far ive come in the last 2 months or so.

i cant wait yall. will keep you guys heavily updated with killer pics. BOOM DRAW!

Re: LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test

I am in this thread for the long haul for sure. I was wondering if you are using like big ass buckets full of soil and planting like 6 plants in each or something. Thats what it looks like, or are there individual ports for each of the plants? Keep this shit goin man I am lovin it.

I was also wondering how you got this new 330 ES model and how much money it costs as well? I am very interested in purchasing one of these models because they look fucking powerful and also like it would do wonders for the sacred plant we all are interested in growing. Thanks in advance

Re: LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test

It's off topic but I just wanted to say to Cali, you take some really beautiful pictures. I'm not just talking about the plants looking nice under the different lights (although that is a very nice effect). But you're pictures are quite beautiful - you seem to have some understanding of composition, yes? Are you a photographer or visual artist of some kind? I understand if that's too much personal info to give on a forum such as this - it's just an added bonus to the thread that the pictures are aesthetically pleasing.

On topic - I'm doing my first LED grow and it's oing well, I'm just jealous of the tight internodal spacing and the bushiness you're getting from your plants! Would you say that's due to the extra penetrating ability of the ES or the higher wattage LED bulbs? Peace.

Re: LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test

thank you very much Apollonia. i am not a photographer, nor a visual artist.

as far as questions, there are no boundries. feel free to ask what you would like. questions make me feel useful.

i believe that the higher watt diodes really do penetrate extremely well. like i stated earlier, this new unit is 2x brighter than the standard. looking at the undersides of the leaves really shows how much brighter this unit is.

the next update will really suprise you guys. these girls are kicking some major ass. i just give them some daily LST and the light takes care of the rest. no need for tying down any branches.

i will keep yall updated. BOOM DRAW!
