Question about seedlings

So about how much light would one need for about 4-5 seedlings and to veg for around 2-3 weeks? Would I still need 100 watts per plant or does this apply only for flowering?

Seedlings don't really need much light. I have mine sitting under 2 T5s (though even 1 would probably be enough). For veg, I have been using a 600W HPS, but a MH might work better. I think the T5s might be sufficient for a couple of weeks of veg. I like to veg a bit longer, so I vegged under 4 T5s until they hit the top, then moved them under the HPS.
