plant health status? pics!

started growing this baby may 26th or so, its been getting relatively inconsistent sunlight and growing conditions (began outdoors, great sunlight and atmosphere, moved indoors in cold/damp area but light from 2 40w 5000k CFL, now back outdoors)

can any experienced grower give a status report on the plants health/gender if possible?

It has not yet shown it's sex and appears to be nutrient deficient. What soil mix are you using and what, if any, nutes have you fed it?

im just using some generic potting soil, nothing specific. i picked it up at a local grocery store, just "potting soil"

i havent fed it any nutrients
