Wow that looks really nice pixel. I can't tell from those pics how cloudy or orange the trichs are, but they look nice and frosty!

Oh, sorry...I went back and cropped them and exported them a bit bigger. Hope that helps with the trich view

I might be jumping the gun a bit, but this is a sativa so I didn't want to push it too far. Still, If I have to wait I bit longer it's no biggie..

I've read that you need a magnifying glass (like a pocket 30x-50x from radio shack) to determine when it's ready for harvest. Also this picture is in the "chart thread". If I were to guess from your latest pics, it's too early. But that's just a guess.

Well, I had a 30x scope and the macro camera. After checking I saw LOTS of cloudy trichs, maybe 50-40 clear-cloudy and 10% amber. I checked the buds at the top as well as the bottom and the same things...so I got out the scissors

Here are some photos of the harvest
The wet weight was 270g. Not bad for one plant.
Now the drying...and curing....and then finally...

sweet setup, Im thinking of going with a large 200watt cfl, its good to see they produce massive buds, you said 270g, from one plant, thats like over 1g per watt

He did say 270 grams. BUT, they aren't dry yet, and he has alot of extra stemage. After he dries, trims, and cures, I think he'll have around 110-120g. Still, this is an AWESOME yeild for CFLs. I'll plus rep him if I see the weight on the scale, step by step, scale tared and everything.

Yeah, that is 270g wet and greaterthings is right that there is a bunch of extra stems in there. Also, I used more than just the 200W at the top of the cab. I had 4 42W around the bottom of the plant so those buds got to be decent size.

I'll post the pics of the dried buds when they are ready. I don't know if I'm going to do a photo essay of the weighing and all that shit. I'm not really looking to prove anything to anyone
