i have 2 sprouts and i was wondering if a 15o w hps is enough. i have them in a filing cabinet as a grow box.its only has 2 drawers but i think its enough to grow them in it.

It is enough, but remember each plant really needs about 3' tall by 1.5' square if you go nice size.

is using a 150 watt hps going to raise ure elctric bill very much because i was looking into hps but i was concerned about cost

A 150 watt h.p.s willl nt use much electric i run a 600 watt h.p.s and it uses somethin like 6 pence an hour lol

yeah, but if their only sprouts then keep it at least 12" away from tehm until they start growing really fast... cause too intense of a light will hurt really young plants (1 week or younger)
