added a few reflecting rings at the base of each plant.....hope this will help distribute light a little better underneath.

temp is a little higher in the pic than normal,but steadies out quickly when undisturbed.

Sides of clear containers should be covered with something that light can't penetrate. Light damages roots and they seem to head straight for the container walls.

one question if anyone can answer it.some of the fan leaves are now touching the soil after i started lst.will this hurt my plants?

quick update.......these plants are loving lst.its only been a few hours and already ,as you can see,the topps have turned back up and they look like they are thriving.

this is going to be a fun grow!

ne of my plants(first one pictured) has a set of fan leaves that are curling under.any ideas?other than that all looks good.

I think this might be bunk. I've read (from reputable sources on GC) that roots aren't sensitive to light in the least.

i dont think the roots have any bearing on the way the leaves on this one plant look. they have been transplanted for about a week now, and the one in question isn't the one that was in a clear pot!
