how do i get humdity and make it warmer

im growin in my closet and it always stays about 65degrees in there how can i make it about 75 in there and how can i make the humity like 80% please help.also i just bought some new flouresent bulbs there 4foot 40watt ultra bright should i take them back and get the ones that are spelly for plants

Your growing temps are just fine.

However to answer your question, HPS lights (grolux bulb) are the best, then MH, Fluoro's just depends upon your budget.
To increase the humidity place a bowl of water in the closet. But the humidity will naturally rise as the plants grow, so be careful.
