Help me choose a combination of lighting (CFLs vs. HPS vs. both)

Alright, my grow box is 30 inches by 30 inches by 48 inches tall. I plan to grow 4 plants.

It is completely lined with mylar material, although it is wrinkly from being folded ( I hope this wont matter).

Here is my lighting plan:

1) Running vertically on 2 of the 48in sides are 2 bathroom light fixture strips containing 3 light sockets each (6 total). I plan to fill these 6 sockets with 6 20W 6500K (blue) CFLs. I also have a a clip-on desk lamp I will put in the middle of the pots at least for the plants infancy containing another 20 W 6500K (blue) CFL. This makes for a total of 140W CFLs.

2) Hanging from the very top will be a 200W HPS light that will be able to move up and down to desired height.

Here are my options

A) I can ONLY use the CFLs for vegetative stage (24 on, 0 off), then ONLY use the HPS for the flowering stage (12 on, 12 off).

B) I can use BOTH the CFLs and the HPS for the vegetative stage, then ONLY use the HPS for the flowering stage.

C) I can use BOTH the CFLs and the HPS for the vegetative stage, then use the HPS for the flowering stage AND replace the blue CFLs with red CFLs.

A, B, or C? Please help me choose. Thank you all so much.

ideally use both as much as you can. More light/wattage = more output...with 4 plants done right you can get a very decent harvest with enough wattage

you will needd to worry about heat i had a setup like that with a hps and cfls and it could clime to 90 easy, you will need a aircooled hps light for it to work good. use hps all the time and switch out 2700k cfls and 6500k when needed. i currently went to all cfls cause my hps isnt air cooled and sucks with heat
