advanced nutrients help!

i was just about to start using advanced nutrients in my indoor soil garden but the bottles of nutrients that i have only have instructions for hydroponic gardens please if any one knows how many parts of each nutrient need to go with how much water during which weekes of flowering please post and let me know....thanks guys...and girls.

i;d just use the same dilution of fertilizer, like if your mix in one tablespoon per 5 gallons for hydroponice systems, i'd mix it up the same and water my soil with it.... but thaqts just me, i have no idea if that would work....
