So is it MH That could be used in a HPS ballast or visa versa?

Thought i read somewhere, a diff lamp could be used with a diff ballast but NOT visa versa.

Don't really know myself, but it seems like they wouldn't make switchable ballasts if you could just buy one and use it for the other.

yah I have this set up its a HPS light and non-switchable ballast and a MH bulb that can run on a HPS ballast

its a MH bulb and it'll say for use on a S51 HPS ballast on the package the bulb comes in
