It could be ready now or in two weeks or inbetween.
Did ya flush it for 10-14 days?
The best way to tell is with a $10 radioshack pocket scope looking at the trics and what high you want will dial in the harvest to the day perfect every time.

Look at the trichomes closely if they're opaque. I'd say stick a fork in it cause she's done.

Best way is to take a small bud and dry it in the microwave.
Dry it on low for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
I have 2 right now that look like yours and the tris are milky.
I dried a small bud and the buzz is what i like.
I may cut then in a day or two at most.
It depends on what kind of high you want.

all good advice. flushing essential. don't for gof sake put any in the microwave, dry then cure and take time over it.

Just dry a very small bud nothing else!
I only do the microwave deal to test a bud,nothing more.

i think i might have to harvest, i found mold on a few of them. i lowered the humidity alot so i might give it a few days but im kind of scared to
