This DIY Filter was made by screwdababylon!
Major props and all credit goes to him.

Here are his pictures,

Now I have a couple questions.
1. The receding PVC Fitting. Home Depot or somewhere else?
2. The carbon is the white sheet wrapped around the chicken wire?
3. Where can this carbon be obtained =]

Sorry guys, I'd just rather DIY on this one for $15-20 as opposed to pay $100 for HTG's Filter.

1) Any plumbing store I should think.
2/3) I would say that is to hold in the carbon. Get activated carbon from the pet store.
