I don't think one could be too paranoid in the current environment in the US, especially in light of the patriot act and the abuses committed in its name.

Now, back to your electric/gas bill:
1) Your electric bill alone contains 6 digits of information. That might not mean very much to you, but a telephone number, minus the area code, has only 7 digits, and we all know that a telephone number can distinguish you from nearly every other telephone user in the.....world.

2) You gas bill contains 4 digits of information by itself. But your gas and electric bill are, de facto, part of the same string of information. 10 digits, man. That's 10 billion.

3) The date on your utility bill would make it REALLY easy to narrow down a search and speed the process of ID'ing you.

Here's how I would do it:
You said you were from Northern California, I think. There can't be too many utility companies in Northern California. I'm sure an expert could just look at your bill and make a very educated guess about which company you do business with based on a couple things: billing cycle, font, the fact that gas and electric are on the same bill (where I live those would be two separate bills)....you get the picture.

Ok, so if I wanted to figure out your ID I would log into one of the databases I suspect you might be in and run a database query like this:

Select all records from April xx xxxx to May xx xxxx Where Gas Charges were $xx.xx AND Electric Charges were $xxxx.xx AND where Payment was made on April xx xxxx.

I PROMISE you that there would be only one record returned, and it would have, bare minimum, your service address on it, but most likely your real name, SS#, telephone number, etc.

I don't know much about Utility comapnies or MJ, but I do know about databases and how to sift through information.

So, I suggest you remove the image so that you don't become paranoid.
