strangge one

Howdy Partners.
I was just wondering what was going on with the top of my plants seen as this is my first grow and all. i just want to put my mind at ease that its not going to affect the big buds.
Im about another 2wks away from going 24/7 to 12/12 but as they have been getting bigger a lot bigger all the top leaves don't seem to open up any more they stay like folded in half as if to open but don't.all the under neith leaves open up and i have kept the light the same distance from seed to now.So what does this sound like douse anyone know.
