I mist frequently with seedlings, twice a day during veg period, once a day while flowering (AM only), and stop misting all together when the buds form to avoid any breeding of mold.

Think about a tropical climate and how "misty" it is there, try to simulate that...

Misting can be even better for your plants if you use a good foliar feed product. It can give your plants a nice healthy boost.

Just be sure to keep the grow lights off your plants till dry or about 20-30 min. or they can burn like a mag. glass effect.

Cool Misting is good

A person i know, thinks that misting is a good solution to preventing nute burn if using mg soil. If you mist often, then you can water less directly on the soil. May not grow quite as fast, but they are healthy.?
