10 weeks of vegging, should i flowr them? can i choose to flowr them at a smal height

i have heard that plants have a growth increase when the start to flowe. how taller do they usually get in what amount of time? i have plants ranging from 9 inches to 16 inches. some are white widow and some are grape ape.

the plants are about 10 weeks old and have baby buds on them (about 65% of the plants have baby buds not all of them)

i have some plants with a plastic net over them with holes to train them to grow sideways and they are being grown under many 26watt CFLs (daylight blue spectrum) and a coulple cool white spectrum CFL's.

what im getting at is, most of them have very thick stems and are looking very healthy, would it be ok to bud ALL of them right now?

i have a 150watt HPS and several cool white CFLs for flowering.

is it ok to bud the when they are around a foot tall? my bext plant is 16 inches and is very big. the reason i want to is they have lots of nodes where buds are forming and since the plants get a growth increase when they start flowering. would it be ok to bud all of them?

its up too you as too when you wanna flower them indoors at least, my experience with my WW they more then just doubled in height one specific one tripled in height had long stickey buds so its defiantly ok, make sure you have enough root space to grow and get nice and big, 10weeks veg is a long time id be putting them in flower right now myself, turn the lights back too 12 hours of light 12 hours of darkness and wait about 8-9 weeks and the WW should be done! and then dry cure and ENJOY!
