Is it possible to clone using water? If so how long would it take to root?

me and my brothers grew this strain we named milkyway cause the way it made us bug and it was covered in trichomes, but this time around i wanna have one room for the mother plants and just keep them vegging then get the clones ready for flowering but i dont wanna spend money on root formulas.

not entirely sure, you could root in very loose soil, keep them in the dark and have heat coming from the bottom of the pot, you should get roots on each clone like that since they will focus on root growth since theres no light

That probably wouldn't work, If so it would take a very long time, dude rooting formula is like $5

It is posible to root in water..check a thread with pics by a member named chronitron. Pretty interesting!!
