2.6'x2.6'x5.3' (LxWxH) Growbox Questions

Hi, I am a first time grower and have recently purchased a Homebox S with the above specifications. This makes my box have 6.9 square feet, and 37 cubic feet. Below I will list the products I am planning on buying for my box, and any feedback would be appreciated.

1. This system is probably a bit large for my setup, but would be using the WH for vegging, and the HPS for flowering. I plan on having 4-5 plants in my box, would this light system be sufficient?

Also, I bought the one with the air-cooled reflector, and plan on running ducting to my exhaust fan to dissipate the heat released.

2. I was planning on buying this 6" carbon filter and 250 cfm exhaust fan, but was thinking this would be overkill for my size box. Do you think a 4" carbon filter and 120-170 cfm would be adequate for venting my box?

3. If i was to buy a 120-170 cfm exhaust fan, what size intake fan should i buy? I was thinking getting a 80 cfm duct booster fan would be adequate for intake.

4. I have heard that your exhaust fan should be more powerful than your intake fan, is this true?

These are the main questions I have for my lighting and ventillation at this point, and information you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
