I started exactly the same. Peat pellets, into MG Organic, with CFL's. The system worked well for me until about two to three weeks into vegging. Then my plants began to look droopy all the time. People were sayong by the way theyy looked it was over watering or under-watering. But my soil was kept slightly moist during seedling stage and as they began the veg stage I let them totally dry up before watering so I knew it wasnt that. Then I heard it may have been because they were getting root bound so thats when I transplanted into the MG Organic. They perked up nicely for about 3 days then right back to the wilty saggy look. WTF! Finally I figured out that maybe they were hungry. I feed them the 1st time at about 3 weeks at 1/2 strength with MG 20-20-20 and they perked up right away! They were starving. The peat pellets worked fine to get em up and growing and the MG Organic is an ok choice if you can't get anything else but be careful cuz that stuff has NOTHING in it.
If I were you I would take the few days you have and begin to build a soil for the next transplant. Go to Walmart or Garden center and get some basic potting soil without time release ferts. Get some manure based compost, perlite, bloodmeal, bonemeal, peat moss, cactus sand, and if you want vermiculite. Mix it with a 50% potting soil base and get a consistancy to were if you squeeze a handful into a ball and it crumbles easily you should be good to go. Take it easy with the blood and bone meal just follow the instructions. Use plenty of the manure compost. That shit (pun intended) is awesome!
