pruple stem Black spots and musshrooms and much more..

So i have 10 2 week old plants and some of them started turning white on the edge of the leaves now i have brown spots on some of the leaves and today i found mushrrooms growing in the soil. The plants are growing in soil in little cups in my closet. I have 1 30 watt t-5 over then and im getting 2 more soon, sometimes i put these plants outside with the sun. There on 24/0 lighting and i wish to transfer them outdoors soon. Part of almost all of the stems of all these plants are slightly purple and from what ive read its to early to feed them.
