OK, now I'm confused. You turn on your co2 and run the ppm up to 1200 or so for 20 minutes, then exhaust all the air and repeat three times an hour? That seems like a huge waste of co2...

I don't turn it on by a timer. When the room is not exhausting, it is filling up with CO2, and maintaining it at 1600. It just happens to cycle about three times and hour. And yes, it does waste a lot of CO2 (pumps it right out when the blower comes on). I burn up a 20 pound bottle during the winter months and two or more during the summer months. It depends how much the room cycles. I have an over kill room blower to pump out the hot air and adjust the temp real fast. My lamp stays cold, but heat still builds up from the other stuff going on in the room.
At $12 a bottle, I pay $12 during the winter and $24 to $36 during the summer per grow cycle (70 days total cycle).
