first grow, quick question

My first grow.

Its a top 44 and im using a 125w envirolite, its been goin for a couple of weeks, 12/12 from sprout.

At first it stretched cus the light was too far away so i decided i was gonna try LST.
I did the first couple of hooks an then thought f*#k it.

So here it is..

The stretched and curved stem, will this be a problem for my plant in the future?

A picture from above..

Healthy?

Also you know there the stalks come off the main stem and theres those little leaves.. Is that where the buds or balls are gonna grow?

Cheers

I would say transplant to a bigger pot & continue with the LST, you will be thanking yourself in the end, put another hook between the first & second node & bend it almost down to the pot. Either that or put a fan on it & do some fimming or topping. The stem looks a little weak, I'm not sure how it will grow at this point with the stem kinda weak & bent like that, I think if you put a fan on it now it could still strengthen it.
Other than that it looks good to me, seems happy. If you do transplant I would add a little perlite to the soil.

Any tips or threads you've seen on how to speed up the flowering stage with as little yield loss as possible?
