I'm planning my next (and probably final) grow chamber, and I was wondering whether or not a cabinet is any better than a tent for any reason, and vice versa.

I'm sure that a cabinet can be far more stealthy than a tent, but are there other factors I should be considering?

a tent can be cleaned eaiser, & can be moved around eaiser, & can be put up & down easier if u have to move or something. i just finished setting up my tent & i like it. its a homebox (3.5 x 3.5 x 6.5) got 6, 5ft+ tall plants 4 dif strains, 700w hps

With a cab, another benefit is being able to have several different compartments whereas a tent is usually only one. I guess it depends what your goals are and what type of grow you want to have.
