plant leaf is burnt help!!

hi guys i just checked my plant and i noticed a burn mark on the leaf and the top part of the leaf is hangin down with a black burn mark is this due to over heating or could it be the lights reflecting on the foil im using??i have a pic to upload if needed

currently using around 117 watts 2 flourescents 2 stick lights and also 7 watt each kitchen lights same spec as stick lights...i have baking foil against walls to reflect light back to plant and heat is at 30 celsius but does go up a bit when heatings been put on but not much but now have noticed burn on the leaf as u can see in the pic....question is will it grow back and repair itself or do i pull it off? i havent clipped it yet so will need help how to prune or clip ...thanx for lookin and help would be appreciated as this plants goin well .....

Ok, first, foil is a big no no. Doesnt reflect light efficiently, only heat.
You do not want your temps to go above 30 degrees C.
You have still left out information,
What type of soil
What type of water
Whats your pH runoff?
Have you been feeding them nutes?

sorry sorry sorry ...im using compost and what are nutes??? lol i water it every 2 days and now its in its flowering 12/12 for about 2 days now to try and get it to show its sex as ive been dying to know lol erm the foil i know is a big no no but havent got any other material to use as im on a budget not intrested in the ph really cos the plant doing well with the compost ive got and i know its a burn mark cos i tested if the heats hot near the plant about 3 hours ago when i went back to it its burnt it lol the water im using is either rain water or natural tap water but at room temprature....plz transfer this to the sick plant section mod plz thanx...apparantly it has its own nutrients the compost does
