Experienced growers - Organic advice needed

i am about 1 week away from harvesting my first grow and have learnt alot, i have decided i would like to go organic for my next grow.

i used some bat mix soil to start this grow which the plants really seemed to enjoy, i plan on using this to start off my second group of plants. I also have been using chemical ferts (Ionic bloom) which I found to be quite harsh on the plants, even though doing the trick food wise, they seemed very sensitive to it.

anyway, I have at my disposal;

chicken shit
duck shit
donkey shit
horse shit

I was wondering if any organic growers out there had any experience with these kinds of ferts and what dosages would be best to use them in, so i dont have to do a trial and error.

i was thinking about basically making a 'tea' out of all the ingredients, but wanted to know if anyone could advise on how much i should use of each type of shit and how often the plants would need a feeding of it

Search for BOG's organic mix he tells you a good recipe.
I dont know if my memory serves me right but I think it consisted of Perlite, Sam's choice potting soil and blood and bone meal.
