Bad bad Attenpt, need help and advice please

Bottom line here is I'm I doing everything right. Because I just got biobizz soil and planted 6 germed good seeds into the mix and none came out of the the soil. a week later I looked around some where just dead 1 had grown in the soil and died. the rest of the seeds just looked like they where just sitting there dieing.

What exactly are the right condition for getting them to come up? I've done it before but can't remember how I think it was luck.

I just germed some of the doc CM test seeds for practise. They germed I've put them in the wet (I watered the soil and let it drain for 30 minutes) soil 1/3 inch deep, coverd the medium in plastic cling film and put in a warm place. That right?

I've read that you can put it under your lights to encorage growth read that in the MJ growers guide book. however on the forums people are saying avoid direct sunlight so I'm confused.

The biobizz is not like the other soils I've used maybe I'm not using it right. How wet should the soil be?

did I germ long enough? I think I could of let the taproots get a little bigger.

Yo HG420 peeps I'm in over my head here I got this project and 2 more I'm taking on and it's behind schedule. The MJ is the most impostant because I'm groing mine and my friends wants some grown. If I don' get this part right they might move out. I got lesser connections but my friends are ready to move.

I orderd Dinafem white widow, Nirvana fem medusa and sweet seeds fem psicodelicia orderd from the doc coming today. I hope I get more test beans to practise with.

The funny thing with all this is I've had plant 1 plant in the past it's in my pictures it hermid, but I got it out the soul at least. now I got the right soil can't get the plants out. Also had some dinafem white widow in online turf.com soil bad stuff for MJ leave turned yellow after a month of veg.

Help please, advice??!!! old wise grodwers I need some help!
