CO2 fermentation help?!?

okay so i have a grow room setup and everything in which i've probably explained to some of you guys before on other threads and i was just wondering what does CO2 fermentation do to plants also how do i do it without poisoning myself or others i heard of a few ways of doing it under like 10 bucks but i dont know much about it and your guys help would be great, thanks,

if you really want a cheap cource of co2, buy a bottle of pure carbonated water, and smiply mist the foliage.
