Plant and Growroom Question

I have a few questions about my plants and grow room, first I have two females that were given to me so im not sure how old they are but they look about ready to flower. Does that look like a nitrogen deficiency, if not what does it look like?










This next pic is give you an idea of how big the plants are.









And growroom questions, I have a little building thats 84 inches by 86 and about 9 feet tall from floor to ceiling and am wondering if you guys think it will be good for growing








I know the room has to be ventilated and at a certain temperature so would an air conditioner in the room be a good idea?



Im planning on getting at least two 250+ watt fluorescent light bulbs but will these lights be able to do the job until i can get the fluorescent light bulbs?

It does look like an N deficiency, not too bad though. Make sure you keep the N up during the first few weeks of flower. And I don't know how much that halogen light is gonna do. AND you can't use incandescent bulbs! Read the lighting guide/sticky and buy some CFLS! GO!

looks like a great place to grow i'd say get some hps lights, especially if you plan on adding more plants.
