peace! right now im growing with CFL bulbs.
so - i got MANY cfl 22w 6500k bulbs and enough 20w 2700k bulbs. i can consume MAX 300w only. so the question is - how do u suggest, guys, to mix those lights during vegging and flowering?
an example :
~ 10x 2700k bulbs and 4x 6500k during flowering / 11x 6500k and 4x 2700k bulbs during vegging [this is only an example

] just want to hear your suggestions
p.s - this was my question in another forum.
some guys answered me -
--> The 6500 are the daylight bulbs, i think. So you should use 14 of these for veg and for flower. If you can squeeze any more watts in there add even more daylight bulbs, if you run out of those then start adding the others.
AND
--> The introduction of the red part os the spectrum has been found to increasing maturation time of tomato plants. However this seems to have no effect on cannabis. As you are using CFL's it makes more sense to use the bulbs with the higher light output. Your daylight CFL's should hold enough red so that you don't need to add the 2700's.
The best thing you can do is experiment, you can't learn everything in one go. Inevitably you will get differences of opinion, which is why you need to discover the best method for yourself. In my opinion though you don't need the 2700's.
