Nah it wouldn't work. Even if you were brewing and let the beer ferment in the grow room it wouldn't work. The yeast in beer creates a thick layer of CO2 over it because no bacteria harmful to yeast can live in a CO2 environment.
So basically, no. The CO2 wouldn't be dispersed throughout your grow room
