some mad stretching what to do?

So i went out of town for a few days and left my idiot roomate incharge of tending my plants, i got back this morning and i goto check on my baby and wouldnt you know it the moron moved the lights way to high in the box and turned off my circulation fans, why i dont know hes not home yet, and now my babys are suffering from some major stretchage. What can i do to help strengthen there stems, there starting to lean and cant support its first leaf set, what do i do, hook some suport to it with like a popsicle stick or is there another way for me to make the stem stronger?

yea they will be fine trust me i had the same kind of problem leaving someone with my plants. what you can do is replant them to mid way up the current stem and over time roots will sprout out of the stem and take hold in the dirt. or you could brace it with something and if you squeeze the stems once a day or even once at night and once in the morning it will stiffen up the stem. start from the bottom of the plant and work upward to the first set of leaves. just use your fingers and you need to squeeze fairly hard. between these two ideas your plants should be back to life in no time

if its in a good size pot already you can just add soil, if its a seedling bury it right up to its neck before the leaves, this will give it a real soild base when the rest of the leaves begin to grow. always keep your soil close to you first set of leaves... it wil be all good.
