can i start from seed with a mh??

i was wondering is it possible to start from seed with a mh i usually start from fluro and it takes 1 to 2 days to poke out the soil/rockwool it seems like longer with the mh..

The type of light doesn't really have anything to do with how long it takes the seed to poke out of the soil. But once the sprout's out, it doesn't really matter what kind of light you have as long as there's enough in the right spectrum. MH should be fine, as long as you can keep a handle on the temps.

Yeah you dont need any light to sprout a seed in soil.

Can you grow a plant under MH? Most definitely sir.
