Ripen nute

I got some nutrient for the final stage of flower you add it the last week and it's supposed to ripen and fatten you bud... we will see!!!

question is this on the bottle it tells you to add 5-6 ml with an EC of 1,8-2,2 !! what the fuck does that mean (EC) and also do I add the final week when your supposed to flush or the week before you flush becoz all it says is add the last ten days of flowering???
