cfl good buy? or should I return it?

After reading this threadhttp://forum.grasscity.com/general-i...cfl-guide.html, I had a pretty good idea as to what to get, but when I got to the pharmacy, there were just so many options. I was wondering if this is good enough buy for 1 plant. The picture is as clear as I could get it with my crappy camera. The box says energy saver 2 mini cool white bulbs. 13 watts=60 watts. lasts 10,000 hours. Light output 800 lumens. 4100 k. The rule for one plant was 100 watts at least wasnt it?

i would return them and get a proper growing cfl, am not saying you cant grow with them but your going to need a hell of alot of those bulbs even for 1 plant.
i use a 125w ecolight for veg and its great works wonders for me, and it only cost me £15 or $28.
i start out using them sort of cfls but i had 24w=150w x 8 for one plant, dont look at the =`s wattage look at the actual wattage thats where most people go wrong.

Take it back. It is 13Watts not 60watts. Never look at the incandescent watts it is just a sales gimmick. They say anything lower than 25W is just useless and a waste of money. I just bought two more last night at wal mart for $7. Another note is that is 4100K You are looking for 5700K. Another thing is the lumens.... only 800 The 27W is I think 1800.
