So my plant is dying... transplant?

i cant figure out what's wrong... gay little ph test kit doesnt really help me much, tried neutrients, not watering for a long time, watering a lot.

I just topped and the new branches are starting to form. I don't want to loose my baby

I think I made the mistake of using unknown soil mixed with organic compost for this grow... and that fucked things up.

I have this fresh, new potting soil, I am thinking the only way to possibly save it now is to transplant into a new pot with the new soil . Should I go ahead with this or is it more likely to die of stress.

nah, not if you do it right, just let the soil dry out, then flush it with twice the amount of water as the size of the container
