Ventilation in a grow ROOM

I'm setting up a 20 plant aeroponics grow in a spare room in my row house. There is no ventilation to the outside, just an area leading up into the attic. I took a look up there and it seems to be completely sealed off to the neighbors.

My questions are:

1) would an appropriate sized carbon scrubber venting into the attic be efficient for my room without the neighbors noticing? (10x10)

2) would i even need ventilation in that room since its not really enclosed? or would a few oscillating fans and a cracked window work?

Sound like you plan on running something like 1 1000w lite?

You for sure want ventilation. Proper air exchange is vital in keeping healthy plants.

If money is not an issue, I would roll with a Can100 carbon filter and a 6-8" can fan or equivalant.

You don't want any cracked windows in your grow room, imo. This just leads to prying eyes and light BEAMING out the window.
