Plants adding and fem stertching

I got to fem plants vegging at week 2. I want to add 7 more. Is it ok to just add them stright into the garden and let them grow or should I move the pots up closer to the light? The ,lights pretty low already and I could move it lower a bit if need be for the new plants. But it's a 400watt hps so it can get hot.

Also 5 of the seeds I'm adding are fem so if they stretch are they likley to hermie? happend in the pasted but that was dutch passion. So again should I move the light and plants closer some how?

The other 3 are some of the docs free Critically Mashed, so if they stretch I don't care because there not fem.

Any advice on this?
