First, please check your spelling and grammar as this will help your cause making it easier to read.
Also, did you plant the seed root facing down? Is the root whats now coming through the soil or is it the seed or sprout? You can either wait for the seed/sprout to come out of the soil, or put the proper lights on it now, the key is to keep the soil with a spray bottle and provide the proper environment to better you chances.
