Are temps and humidity my problem?

I have a few plants that I have been having issues with. I thought it was over watering because they appeared to be droopy or wilted. I did a little experiment today based off of what I saw my tomato plants do outside the other day. And my MJ plants acted exactly as my tomatoes did!

My tomatoes are outside during the day and overnight when the temps dont get too cold. The other day I came home just before a storm was about to hit. I went to bring them inside and my tomatoes had pulled their leaves/foliage in very tightly to the main stem. They looked terrible. After about 3 hours of being inside they looked normal again!

I thought about it and the difference of the temp and humidity from outside to inside was noticable. Outside before the storm hit was around 58-60 degrees and whatever the humidity would be right before a thunderstorm (high). While the inside temp was about 75 degrees and the humidity was about 50-55%.

My MJ plants have been growing slow and look droopy/wilted. This has been an ongoing problem and the general consensus has been that they are overwatered. The thing is though that I have watered them very little.

So today my MJ plants were looking pretty good (some still wilted a bit but over all growing nice healthy looking leaves) and the temps/hum. read 78 degrees/ 45% hum. So I took a few fans and put a decent fllow over them and turned down the temperature. After 3 hours I came back and all of them had pulled their leaves down and in tightly to the main stem! The temp/hum. was 64 degrees/ 56 humidity! There must be something to this.

What do you all think? What are the ideal temps/ humidity for the vegging phase?

I explained the situation. I dont need a diagnosis exactly. I'm just saying that given the specifics I gave could temp/humidity be causing a wilted look? I have shown pics of these plants several times and everyone thinks they look overwatered. Problem is that since they broke soil on 4/7 they have been watered 5 times. My soil isnt great but I have added plenty of amendments to it to ensure that it is draining well and is airy.
