New Grow Wana do it right this time...ne suggestions ????

OK so last year i grew a single plant which eneded up causin me more stress then nethining else and ended up with a measly 12grams cuzz of bud rot

SO this year im doing it right...hopefully ill add pictures soon but untill then let me kno if this sounds ok

-grow is in closet so far using 3 clfs on 2 plants
-2cfls are 26w cfls (100watt equiv) and one 42w (150watt equiv)
-all three are daylight , the 42w is 6500k and the 26w's are 2700k
-i keeap all my plants about 2-3inches away from the lights ....the one 42w is in a socket in the celing closet to the top of the plants the other 26w is connected to the 42w and the other 26w is on a clamp and reflector thing i got from home depot (herd it was a good deal and it was )

the seeds are just from bag seed just cuzz no one i kno will let me use the card for damn seeds lol they thinks its to bait so im outta luck for all tha crazy strains lol .....so i have 1sprouted and one im wating on lol i think it might be a dud lol


- so far no fan but i open it daily and use a fan to blow some cool air on plants and room/ lookin for a way to convert a comp fan to make it hook up to AC !!!! ... i blew one already and assumed it cant wrk but i see other people with it workin so iunno ....

k so soil n ferts ..i have a 3way organinc soil and soon to add some perlite when i make another transfer into bigger pots , as for ferts as was gunna us MG patio ...but ive read alot of fourms sayin its no good to use nething MG ?

other then that iuno what else i shld really use or need to make this grow better so ne suggestions would helpfull thx and happy smokin
