schedule all messed up... help?

Ok ,.. I'm a noob, this is my first time,...and my camera's broke,.. but luckily for me, I don't need pics this time^^. This first time out has taught me alot so far,..and the first thing was that I need to be more organized,..but anywho,..let's start from the beginning,.I started this whole thing went bought a bottle of foxfarm growbig and I had a thing of some other kind of bloom nutrient and jumped right in,...not so sure why I did that in retrospect,.. but I did. To shorten this whole thing,..I went and bought all foxfarm stuff after tons of problems...But I have these two plants,... been in 12/12 for about 6 days now ,..but the one is havin problems,...well had problems,..i did some rx'ing and she seems better but needs some recovery time,..how should i do that,..? will she recover ok in the bloom box? I'm not sure if I should mess up the cycle,... even though she isn't showing yet,..? don't want any hermies, if i can help it,...

Keep it on 12/12; changing that would introduce more un-neaded stress
