Best Time of Day: Harvest

I didn't find any threads after some searching and after reading about how the full moon affects harvesting, I figured this is a legit question to ask.

Being about ready to harvest what would be the best time of day to cut 'er down? also, should this be based on the light cycle or the actual local time, idk if this would have any affect on the final product but most growth is during the night so....feedback?

Local time means nothing to your P.
Its all about the light hours if anything.
Some people believe leaving your plant in darkness 24 hours prior to harvest will help the cause, not seeing any scientific evidence of this, I recommend if not this, harvesting just prior to lights on.
Other things matter more, like flushing at least 1 week prior to harvest, and limiting water just before cut down to minimize drying times and the chance of mold during curing.

As an addendum to your response, I know there are forces outside the growroom that have implications on the plant, what would 24 hrs of darkness help achieve?
